Day 1 Meet up in Núpar in Fljótshverfi departure at 13:00. Walk from Núpar to Núpaheiði by Brúará that has many beautiful unnamed waterfalls on the way. Camp by Yxná after an approximate 12 km walk.

Day 2 Walk by Yxnárgljúfur over Kálfafellsfjall and down Fossabrekkur. Magnificent waterfalls in Djúpá. Camp after an approximate 12 km walk.

Day 3 Walk by Djúpá towards Núpar, crossing lava and a small river. After an approximate 20 km walk a home made traditional meat soup will be served to mark the end of the trip.
